I have used this clinic in the past and recieved great service and have recommended several people to try their clinics. One particular day I recieved awful service from a service tech, and I emailed the clinic and basically was to that this service tech never acts like this and for me to have good luck with my next vet.
I have used EZ Pet Clinic two or three times for my small circus of five dogs! My dogs are a handful to say the least. Each time they've been very helpful and accommodating! The dogs are treated quickly and with ease. Even with five dogs the process of vaccination only took about 5 minutes for all of them! Thank you! With five dogs, your savings is important to us but your care of my babies is even more so!! See you next year! Keep up the good work!
I've been taking all of my pets (5 dogs, 3 cats) to EZ Pet clinic for about 2 years now and have never been disappointed. I'm thankful for their services considering we have so many pets, and a large household in general. Thank you for all that you guys do!
They go above and beyond in person and on the phone. I had an emergency with my granddog while pet sitting and their customer service rep made sure we were able to get the records needed so he could be seen by a local vet. Way to go!!! Thank you!
I got my dog vaccinated when they came to our town. Very nice, legit, easy, and fast and best of all reasonably priced vaccinations and medications! My dog did perfectly fine!! :-) I had to order a refill on my dogs flea and heartworm medication. They went above and beyond to contact me as we were playing a bit of phone tag. Very respectful, professional service!! We will definitely be using them again for our doggy care.
I order flea medicine for my dog on Thursday, July 28th. To date (Tuesday, Aug 2nd ) it still has not arrived (but they charged my debit card ) ! When I called the office yesterday (Monday Aug 1st ) the girl told me, "oh it goes out the day of the order " Well now we know that isn't true. So your dog is the least of their concerns when you deal with this group. They are a gypsy operation, and I advise you to stay away from EZPET CLINICS.
I always take my dogs there to get their shots. So much cheaper than the vets office. I'm a caregiver and don't have much time or money to pay to go to the vets to get my dogs shots. I always use them never had any problems or issues.
