It was three out our four dogs first time getting shots ever. They handled our little hellions great and quickly as two of them don’t like leashes and were very excited. They actually handled everyone very quickly and efficiently! I plan to continue to use them for future shots!
My boyfriend and I took our dogs to one of the clinics, the initial service was great, but one of my dogs tested positive for heart worms. It was devastating news. Long story short I needed to get a reprint of the paperwork from them. I was 30 days late for heart guard and was desperately searching for solutions. I contacted them and Debbie was EXTREMELY RUDE after finding out I was 30 days late refilling my prespecription from them. She offered no solutions, offered no help! I have to admit, I was a little worried about taking my puppy to a travelling clinic for the first time, but once I got there and saw how professional and nice everyone was, I was much more enthusiastic about it. Were coming again next time they're in town for boosters and maybe rabies if he's old enough by then. I loved the people who were there. They were very kind and they were very sweet to my little Grimm.
