My visit on February 11, 2026 was an experience of professionalism, care, and support. I would recommend others to the same doctor.
From the moment I first met Dr. Cassinelli, he made it very obvious he was not there to listen to me or help me feel better. Throughout the course of my initial visit and two follow-ups he was extremely rude, dismissive, and constantly interrupted me when I tried to share what I was feeling. This man has a complete lack of empathy. Rushed my appointment time by saying "I will address only 1 body part per visit". This is when i wanted to address my back issues after my wrist. You will waste your time with him.
Dr. Cassinelli and staff are conscientious, thorough and caring. My previous back surgery was excellent.
