Dr Cassinelli had the best bed side manner of any Dr I have seen in a long time. He spent alot of time with me explaining my surgery and recovery and answered my thousands of questions. His office staff was amazing, attentive and everyone valued my time and was very accommodating since I had to drive from over an hour away.
Took time to answer my questions and provided clear explanations. Was easy to get an appointment quickly when I needed it.
I highly recommend Peachtree Orthopedics for any of your orthopedic needs. I’ve been a patient of this group for 16 years and have always had excellent experiences. Dr Cassinelli has done two of my cervical Discectomy, Dr Ugwanali did my right rotator cuff repair and Dr Royster did my complete right knee replacement. Each were highly experienced and I have had wonderful results under their care. Don’t hesitate calling for their assistance and expertise.

I am super happy with my surgeon, Dr Cassinelli! I feel 100 % better than pre-surgery. He reassured me every step of the way. I was worried that I would have to live in pain, but thanks to the knowledge and skill of Dr. C and his team, I’m just about back to normal.
