Don't ever waste ur time going there. So unprofessional and rude Dr is hardly there or makes u wait hours whole he us sleeping in the back. They should be shut down
I would give this place a zero if I could. Here's the thing about this place (I've been a couple times); if the Dr is there, the wait has always been fast and the Dr always takes care of me, OK bed side manner. BUT the doctor isn't always in, even though it's suppose to be 24 hours. AND the staff will lie to you and say the Dr has 'stepped out' and will return shortly . . . BUT he won't return for hours. Last time I went I was there for over 5 hours waiting for the doctor, then I realized how stupid I was for waiting and lef... read more
Horrible, the doctor walked in smacking like she just finished eating didn't wash her hands, I hadn't even finish trying to explain all she had to say was lots of ice ok? I asked if I need an x-ray since I couldn't move my elbow. She said yes yes and took off I had to ask the receptionist if I was done or what them the x-ray person is asking me what did I need x-ray I told I was not a doctor that is why I was there. He x-ray my arm. I had to go to my real doctor and a real x-ray place. They need to be shut down
Decor in this place is horrible! Dead tree in the lobby, horrible colored walls that don't match, couches are not even wipeable! Gross!
I wish I would have read these comments first. unfortunately I was treated here this evening (if you want to call it that). I waited for about 1/2 hr for the "doctor" to come in, he spent all of 60 seconds with me and told me my prescription would be waiting up front. I waited 1/2 hr in the waiting area for my prescription and still nothing. I asked the girls in front if this is how long it normally takes. I was then informed that he had left for an emergency. WTF? why wasn't I told? the story goes on and on and on...so fina... read more
