Austin was on time, checked in before arriving, and was very nice and super efficient! Our box was replaced quicker than anticipated, he was very professional answered all of our questions and was very friendly. Was our first time needing electrical work done but highly recommend them for any electrical needs!

Professional experience from start to finish
We’ve had good experiences with Ezell in the past — they’ve offered fair pricing, been responsive, and provided quality work. However, our recent experience has been a bit disappointing. We’ve had to reschedule multiple times due to miscommunication between the office and technician regarding the time needed for the job. Most recently, we had an appointment confirmed for Sunday, but no one showed up, and I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone or text. Ezell Electric was very helpful and professional. Another company gave me a quote of $7500, Ezell did the same work for under $900 and I have had no problems with their work. Liam was great and professional.
