This has been the best decision and experience for me and the trainers and fitfamily is nothing short of amazing!! I wake up and can't wait to get to workout. I now go 5 times a week and feel stronger than I ever have. If your considering a change you have nothing to loose with the offering of a trial week free. You won't regret it, I know I don't!!!
