I’ve had a great experience at EZ Werk Storage thanks to the amazing manager, Gina. She is always incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Every time I’ve needed assistance, she has been quick to respond and always goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. I really appreciate that she’s consistently on the property — it gives me peace of mind knowing someone responsible is always available. Her willingness to help and her positive attitude truly make a difference. Highly recommend this place!

I’m highly disappointed with my experience at EZ Wreck Storage. I made a reservation and paid for my unit today, received a confirmation email, and expected to move my belongings in the same day as agreed. Unfortunately, when I went to the location twice, there was no staff onsite—no one available to assist with my reservation or provide gate access. I contacted customer service and was told my information couldn’t be found in the system, even though I had proof of payment and confirmation. This caused major delays and creat... read more
