I've usually had great experiences with this place, but my recent order was disappointing. I needed to exchange an item, and when I reached out to customer service, the representative mistakenly resent my entire order. Been using EZ Kratom for a number of years now. No issues at all. Delivery made, usually within 2-3 days, which is nice considering they're based out of Florida I believe and I am in Washington.
