We had our duct work cleaned yesterday. Duane and his helper, (sorry forgot his name but he goes to Ohio State) did an excellent job. Our ducts looked brand new. They were very efficient, friendly and very clean. I would highly recommend them.
No wonder Duane has a perfect 5-star rating! The job was done perfectly and I am extremely satisfied. He cleaned every surface. Every inch. The duct work looks new in a house that was built in the 50's. The previous owners had dogs and cats and the system hadn't been cleaned in decades, perhaps never. Inches of old carpet fibers and pet dander and hair and dust and debris and probably lots of old dead skin cells is now gone.
