I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters! The doctor was extremely professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was just as impressive—friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They made the whole process smooth and comfortable from start to finish. If you want great customer service, a thorough eye exam, and people who truly care about your vision, I highly recommend this place. Outstanding team!
Everyone was very nice and professional ! Ivory is so nice she did my eye testing , before I saw the Doctor. And he was very nice and very patient! Am sorry but I don’t remember his name . Than Victor help me with the frames , I really love my glasses I got a year ago and I wanted another Lavender pair , he tried his best to find that color for me , but I just didn’t care for them to purple or pink . So I ended up getting the same pair as the last ones !! Very Satisfied with very person that help me today ! Thank all 🤗
One of the more thorough eye exams I've experienced. My optometrist Trinh Lien O.D. was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone on staff was welcoming. Good experience overall.
