The Doctor was very professional and knowledgeable
When I first walked in, a man at the counter didn’t even look up before saying, “Someone will be with you shortly.” I waited, walked around looking at frames, and no one ever came to help me. So I went back up to the counter, and the same man—now actually standing there—said, “I said someone will be with you, what do you need?” I told him I had an appointment, and he just said “oh” and then yelled across the store to another associate who was on the phone to “check this person in.” Once I finally got into the exam, the tech ... read more
