I like the availability for scheduling. The technician that does the scanning of your eyes and all the tests to check how healthy your eyes are, she is very polite and sweet, gives very clear instructions, it was even relaxing. The doctor is nice too, she explains the results of your eye exam. Then she brings you to the business area. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The testing was efficient. The exam from the Dr was also done efficiently.

The staff of the actual Patel Vision Center were very nice and very professional. They had great personality and customer service. I appreciated their service and care. The Lens Crafter side was nice, but a little pushy on the sales portion, but that was expected.
