Dr. Maria Theresa Gozun-Alfonso is a very skilled and knowledgeable optometrist. She addressed my concerns and asked me questions I didn't even think about. Her professionalism and passion for her craft shows in the attention to detail she provided during my exam with her. I would highly recommend LensCrafters Plaza Bonita to my friends and family. I was excited to try out contacts for the first time, but became disappointed after my experience with Dr. Pavit Basi and her assistant Tatiana. Upon my exam, Dr. Pavit seemed to be in a bad mood the entire time. Her replies had attitude and I felt rushed when deciding if I wanted contacts or not. She was not helpful/supportive at all. When inputting the contacts into my eyes, I told her it was hard for me and she laughed saying it's not that hard twice. It was condescending rather than playful.
