My husband had a loose screw in his glasses. He was concerned it would fall out and potentially lose the ear piece. I sent a message via messenger and almost instantly got a response from a very kind helpful doctor. It was at 10pm as well. The offices have been closed due to the recent Covid19 outbreak. What a wonderful ending to such an aggravating situation! EyeWorks has been fantastic!! The staff is amazing! They've all been so friendly and accommodating!! Not only have they been dealing with me over the last several days while trying aquire my prescription from Marion Eye Center, they set me right up as soon as walked in today. I have been a patient at Eyeworks as long as I can remember. This past week I had to visit the Vincennes office three times. I was lucky enough to have Erica Davis assist me. She made a scary and what seemed hopeless situation positive. She was not going to give up until I was in the lenses that I needed. To the Doctors Hendrix and Dr Decoursey.
