I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Nguyen, Tami, and the gentleman up front!! They were all SO AMAZING, patient, friendly, thorough, and just an all around pleasure. I've never had an eye exam but they all made it such a pleasant and enjoyable experience! I was able to get frames and lenses the same day, and was in and out within an hour! I couldn't have imagined a better visit. So glad that I found them!
Dr. Nguyen is awesome ... I have never had a more thorough and pleasant eye exam than I had today at Eye Venue (and at 66 I've had a few). Everyone there is very patient focused with your best vision as their goal ... You just know when a person has your interest at heart and I felt like Dr. Nguyen goes the extra mile to insure the best results she can provide. Yes, I designed the logo, signage, website, etc., however, I'm also a client. It had been quite a while since my last eye exam (like 8 years or so)... let me tell ya, there have been some amazing technological updates since then; which make the exam much more detailed and comprehensive. I visited EyeVenue with my 11 year old daughter after she complained of difficulty seeing the board at school. The optimist was friendly and courteous with my daughter. She was also efficient and in frequent communication making my experience as a parent favorable. The tech helped us pick out glasses that were both stylish (which my daughter appreciated) and a good value ( which I appreciated). Her glasses were ready within a couple days and she loved them. I definitely recommend.
Fabulous service! They were able to fit me in the same day, and didn't rush the appointment at all. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and she was also extremely personable. Space is clean and new. Front desk was great as well, and I was able to purchase my new glasses at the same time as my appointment. If you are looking for a new eye doctor (as I was), this is the right place!
Although this place is new, the staff is very experienced. I have followed this optometrist from Grand Prairie to now this location in Dallas. She's not only thorough with the exam, but also ensures you have a complete understanding of your eyes' health. The staff is great and friendly. They're knowledgeable and experienced with billing insurance. Great place for eye exam and eye-care.
The ladies here are professional, sweet and patient. My exam with Dr. Nguyen was smooth and quick; she explained everything thoroughly. The place is clean, beautiful and equipped with state of the art technology. In addition to a large selection of eyewear including children's (adorable) reading and sunglasses! I have to thank Tam the optician -she definitely knows how to pick out frames that will suit your face well, she was knowledgeable and so patient. Affordable prices, too!
