I visited this store to have my eyes checked by the optometrist and purchased a box of BioRevive Eye Reviver Self-Heating Steam Eye Masks (10 pack). Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Firstly, the tax invoice amount was incorrect. I paid for the eye examination out of pocket, but the invoice showed that no payment had been made. I had a car accident and lost my glasses. It’s a bit of a stressful situation. The staff and optometrist here were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, going out of their way to organise temporary contact lenses for me while I wait for my new glasses to arrive. Their efficiency and genuine care made a difficult time much easier. I’m truly grateful for their help and professionalism and can’t recommend them enough!
