Very pleasant visit today. Quick and easy. In and out. The doctor was very hospitable and thorough. Advising me on things I need to know about eye care as I just moved to Florida. The staff of ladies up front were second to none as well!
We were very disappointed that you would not accept our Medicare Insurance plan with regard to covering new glasses following my husband's cataract surgery. You accepted Medicare toward his eye exam, but not his glasses. We will definitely be looking for a different Eye Care provider!!! It would have been very nice if you had told us this when we called you to make the appointment for his post cataract surgery exam.
