Update 2026: New year; same great experience. They answered all my questions (I have a lot) and addressed all my concerns. They even let me park my bicycle inside the entryway. (Previous) Everyone there was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Dr Gilbert answered all my questions and concerns and walked through several follow up options. I actually had fun. At an eye exam. And left without a prescription for glasses, so I know I wasn’t being “upsold” in any way. Highly recommended!
Every moment was seamless and wonderful! The doctor was warm and personal. The people at the welcome desk were so helpful and kind. The selection of glasses was epic! I won’t go anywhere else!
All the ladies were super helpful in helping me pick out lenses in between the examinations. Doctor Apryl was super efficient and informative about our examinations. The overall office setting did not feel clinical which was a huge plus. The whole process took less time than I thought and I came out feeling very satisfied and am actually looking forward to my next examination.
I had the pleasure of going to Eyes at Rufe Snow. I didn't know what to expect, but when I walked in, I met Briana and Cayla who were so friendly and professional. Then I met Dr. Fincher, she was awesome! She explained and answered every question. She made my experience very comfortable. I'm definitely referring my family and friends 🧡
My name is Ivory and I had an Eye Doctor appointment today. This was my first time meeting with Dr. Fischer at Eyes on Rufe Snow. In all my life, I have never had a Doctor this thorough. THE customer service and professionalism was excellent! I definitely will refer my my co-workers. My experience was EVERYTHING!
