It would have been a better experience if the staff wouldve had their heads and butts wired together! I went there for new glasses and got my exam and was told to sit in the waiting room someone would be out to help me aand the help cme out and helped every single person in that room but me! Maybe to many customers at the same time and not enough staff helping? I dont know but ill go back after the holidays and try again and see if its different but at this moment i realy font want to go back.
