Everyone was great... Melissa was AMAZING she took her time with me, helped me pick out a pair of glasses and then sat down with me to figure out which one of my insurances would be the better route for me financially to save me the most money. I really appreciated the time not feeling pressured or rushed it means a lot nowadays people are always in a hurry so it was nice to be able to feel like I could take my time and make a decision figure out my best option
Eyenstein's Optical is certainly one of the best places you could ever go; the store is just great. From my first inquiry when I called, Melissa was not only friendly and informative, but took the time to accommodate all my questions. The selection of eyewear is great, the prices are better than competitive; but I can't say enough about the personal customer service.
