If the majority of the clients for eyemed are seniors why do they make it so HARD!!!to go to the online website. I've been trying for 3 days to get in to see whatever type of benefit I have its a mute point. I hate the qr codes, all the senseless emails sent to me saying i''ve got to do this that... it shouldnt be this hard...
I just want to thank Angela. She was my rep and she was so patient with me and very polite and helpful. I thought I was suppose to receive a survey after the call but I think I hung up too soon so I wanted to be sure to leave a review here. It’s becoming rare that you get outstanding customer service nowadays, so I truly appreciate it when I do. Thank you Angela and I hope all of the reps follow your footsteps because I am very pleased!
