Assistant stepped away for several minutes without explaining where she was going. I wouldn't normally mind except that I had to go back to work. Other than that she was great. :)
I had temp crowns that kept falling off and required several trips to put back on. It was explained to me why and I was help quickly just walking in. The permanent teeth were delayed and I was dealing with the temps for a month. Now with the permanent teeth I'm still scared to eat! This was no fault of your office but just not a pleasant experience. I will continue to use you and refer others.
The team talked amongst themselves during my appointment but did not communicate to me about what they were doing, seeing etc. I was like Invisable. I felt like a volunteer at a dental school.
The dentist (Dr. Rosa) came out to the waiting room. She was very thorough and made sure I was happy with my retainers. Yes I would refer Dr. Rosa to my friends.
