Very one was very pleasant
I was scheduled with another dentist because Dr. Kana was booked that day, but when he saw me in a room, he made time to take care of me himself. Great guy!
New hygienist was very good (I don't remember her name). Although everyone was good, Missed seeing "old" staff - must have been a complete turnover. Time with dentist seemed rushed. didn't receive fluoride treatment, is this no longer being done or just missed?
I talked with Sarah and she was very helpful It seems every time I visit your location I'm dealing with the sales person trying to sell me something. I'm always having to question why I need this or that and I can never get a great explanation.
My tech was very competent & didn't waste time!
Never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist.
First off, I love the music, don't change that! :) It is the most comfortable, friendly, and serviceable dentist office I've been in and I mean that. Thanks!
There was a bit of a push to upsell other professional services while I was there above what my insurance covers.
