Dr koppel was very good and he had excellent knowledge about his work. Also the staff was very helpful n cooperative especially Roasana. So over all it was excellent experience with dr koppel n staff.

I absolutely LOVE Medical Optics! Their customer service is outstanding! So much so, I travel all the way from Brooklyn. My favorite so far has been Bengieliz!
Dr Koppellis the best but what makes me go back year after year for my eye exams is Palina. She is wonderful! She is very helpful when selecting the right frame to enhance your face.
Dr. Koppell is the best. But, the staff is unprofessional, loud gossiping women. Don't bother by telling the office manager if there is a problem because she will pretend as though it did not happen. The "women" at the desk where you make your appointment need to attend a class for people skills. The prices for glasses are a bit high especially when there are places where you can obtain designer glass for less then they sell them here.
