EVERYONE IS SO GREAT IN SERVICEING ME
My whole family has been patients of Dr.Koppel for many years now. I have been trying to get appointments for 3 family members since April 2019. The first time I called, I was told to leave my number and someone would call me back. No one ever called back. I call after a month and I am put of hold for 10 min and still no one to give appointments. My patience has been stretched. Dr. Koppel just lost 4 of his patients. Good luck!
My boyfriend and I just had the best experience. The whole staff was extremely professional, fun and helpful. Marilyn and Bengie were two stand outs with their outgoing personalities. They helped us with all of our frame picking needs! Would definitely recommend to everyone!
