From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and made comfortable. Dr. Cassidy even walked by the lobby and greeted me, which was pretty cool. Once in the appointment they were attentive and efficient. I left feeling like I went to a nice restaurant, the service was great! If I could tip, I would! :)
