Great experience, the ladies working were lovely
Thank you Eyeglass World!! My experience was great!! Everyone was amazing, especially Sara. She was accommodating, never pushed anything on me. She was sweet, listened to my concerns and made my first experience there very comfortable. My finances were something of concern for me and she did everything so I was able to get what I needed at a price I could afford. Thank you to all, everyone was wonderful
The cute frames are the best thing to come out of that store…besides me leaving! Staff worked extremely slow, and wasn’t very kind. Luckily a new prescription allowed me to see the horrible customer service much more clearly. I wouldn’t recommend this place👎 it’s not worth hours of your time.
I called in the morning for an afternoon appointment. It was fine and the person asked if I received a text Conformation. I did not and the person didn't say anything. She was a tad rude. So, I showed up at the appointment time and I was told they didn't have an appointment for me and couldn't fit me in. No one admitted to speaking to me. All very high handed and disinterested. No one apologized. Poor customer service.
