Every other eye doctor I’ve been too never really nailed my prescription it worked but now my prescription is perfect I can actually see to read again. The staff was extremely friendly and really informative about what my insurance covered and other smaller details. Customer service is 10/10 and they actually relate to you my frame consultant was also really friendly and took the time to help me pick frames that looks great on me and I feel confident about wearing. I had a great experience here! I’m really happy with the glasses I got — they’ve made such a difference, especially with my driving. They have a nice selection of frames at affordable prices, and the whole process was easy and comfortable. A special thank you to Shannon and Nicole for being so helpful, friendly, and patient. I really appreciate the time they took to help me find the right pair. Great service, great people, and I’d definitely recommend them!
On 5/30/2026 I asked if they could repair the prescription sunglasses I purchased from them two years ago. Immediately, I was informed that I did not purchase the glasses from their store. I gave her my information to look up to see that I had purchased them from the store. When she (never received her name) found the information she inferred that it was not the same pair of sunglasses.
