Spent 600 on. Two pair can only see out of one pair went back was a waste of time.
I have only good things to say about the Lafayette location. I have been going to them for over two years and have always been treated extremely well. I order glasses and contacts from them and have been satisfied every time. They have great brands at every price point and the deals are amazing for designer frames - unbeatable. They are knowledgable, professional, and very friendly. I will be going to them as long as I need glasses and contacts.
I picked up my glasses today and I'm not happy about how they fit and everyone in there was to busy seeing what everyone else was doing instead of giving the customer they're full attention and didn't even ask me how they fit just put a paper in front of me to read. I ask for the nose piece to be changed which was but I ask for my sides to be ajusted and was ignored. Probably won't go back again!
I called on Monday 11/17/14 and wanted to make an appointment for an eye exam. I was transferred back to the appointment desk, the phone rang & rang. Finally someone answered, put me on hold for ten minutes then came back on the line to get my name & number so he could call me back. That was Monday, it's going on 4 DAYS and no one has called me back to schedule an eye exam. WOW! Really??? Bad customer service before I even walk in the door!
