RecommendedI made my first visit to Eyeglass World this past week. I had a 9 am appointment, and was home by 11:30 am with my new glasses. Can't say enough good things about them from the technician, to the eye doctor, to the saleswoman who sold me the glasses. Definitely recommend them and I'll be back for sure.
You send me a postcard with a coupon based on my "long history" as a customer/patient and then tell me "Oh, that postcard coupon doesn't apply to this." Please, don't bother sending me anything else.
I go into the store yesterday and I'm the only customer. There are 3 employees there, all were on the phone. None acknowledged me as I entered. I started looking at frames and waited patiently for one of the tech's to get free and help me select frames for new glasses. After 10 mins they were all free but none bothered to approach me. Before I could get their attention two other customers walked in and they were immediately greeted and helped. Disgusted with the quality of service I left. HUGE shout out to my girl Mary over at Eyeglass World, went in Friday morning, no appointment. Got an eye exam, prescription eye drops for what I had going on, two brand new pairs of glasses, made THAT DAY, and ordered a 6 month supply of contacts, which arrived in the mail TODAY (MONDAY). You guys deserve a serious round of applause, I am blown away by this great experience!!!!
