My family had been going there since 2005. Hands down the BEST place in town. The Doctors, technicians, staff etc... If there's any concerns you're always taken care of in a timely manner. Dr. W has helped me in so many ways as far as dry eye, blurred contacts, allergies, and pink eye! Jay even stayed late tonight to adjust my glasses. Heather checked me out and made sure all of my info was correct as it was not. They really take the time to make sure you're pleased. I thought Customer Service was lost. Great service and price.
People/staff were great but products are cheap, flimsy and break easily. I’ve had mine 6 weeks and had them repaired twice. Not happy as I will have to replace them already. Waste of my money.
Heather at the Lafayette store was awesome got me fixed right up. Everyone was supper helpful great store you would be crazy to go anywhere else.
