RecommendedFrom the moment I walked into the Store in Lubbock I received the fastest, most professional service that I have ever got in an eyeglass store. Both Sara & Hillary were outstanding to work with and are what I would describe as the pinnacle of what what customer service should be. If I were a business owner I would most assuredly want them on my team! Kudos

optometrist was very rude to me from the start and said 'maybe I just need to clean my headlights and that I'm just staring to hard at the road' when I already have a script for my eyes, never going back to eyeglass world
My husband is a veteran and after hearing how a fellow veteran was told to leave because he had a service dog assured that we will never darken your door again. It also motivates us to spread the word about how you discriminate. Whoever Randy is at your store should never be allowed to work with the public!!!
Was in the store when they denied a veteran and his service dog service. Guaranteed never to return.
Not only did you break laws, invade privacy, and discriminate against a disabled citizen with a service dog, you outed yourselves as either hateful or pathetically uninformed. Shameful.
