I've been going here for years, I went about a week ago and their customer service is horrible they never called me to tell me my trial was in and when I went to go pick up my trial my other contacts were in too and they declined to give me those even though I've already paid for them, because I have to have my follow-up first. I already paid for those I believe I should get them no matter what. Needless to say, the next time I need contacts or glasses I will not be coming back. Very rude staff. No acknowledgement by three different employees after we arrived for my son's appointment. Found employees to be argumentative and textbook passive aggressive behavior. Will not be returning.
My son and I were in and out in less then 45 minutes.
