This location refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. Went to get the lenses replaced in my boyfriends glasses and their direct response was ‘if we break the frames we are not responsible for the replacement.’ How is your customer service that terrible that you can’t be responsible for the items you break? If that is the case your employees are likely breaking frames often because they are not held accountable, not to mention the incentive you likely provide to employees for sales. Came in during a very busy time of year & Katelyn was able to get us in quickly due to a cancellation. Katelyn was very helpful & professional. The doctor who performed the exam was very helpful & knowledgeable & the tech who helped get our order placed was very friendly & helpful. In addition to all of that they have great prices & are very upfront about any “extra” charges.
I came not really wanting to buy new glasses but a karate kicking 5 year old made it necessary. Paige, the service tech who helped me was so patient! She helped me pick styles, waited while I checked with my friends, and helped me figure out my insurance situation. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had! Thanks!!!

I had an eye exam appt. today and I told them when I called that I was past due and needed to get a contact exam. Because one of my last lenses ripped today! And my eyeglasses that I have are at least 3 years old so I can't see! The eye dr. there clearly didn't care or listen to what I had to say I told him my astigmatism gets worse each year thats why I can't see at all through 3 yr. Old glasses!
