I came to eyeglass world to spend $200 on Tori Burch glasses. I had to request someone help me twice. After selecting my glasses and asking someone to help me again, she just directed me to sit down and wait. I sat, I waited, and none paid any attention to me so I left. The store had one other person in it. I guess I'll take my business else where?

TERRIBLE! If I could give it a negative star, I would. Went in today to buy myself a new set of frames and lenses. Upon entering, I was immediately told that a representative would be right with me. Half an hour later, I was still not being helped! I waved at a couple of representative as they darted by, but not even a glance back or "I'll be right with you". SIMPLY IGNORED! HORRIBLE customer service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We waited in the store for 40+ minutes while people that walked in after us were being helped. They broke the lenses that they had to order in while they were setting them, they would be chatting with fellow employees while I needed them, and they didn't call to let me know when frames were in, like they said they would. When I called, I spoke with someone, but when I told her what i was looking for ("Are the glasses in for me to pick up?" she put me on hold for 10+ minutes. Save... read more

Rushed eye exams Offers good deals and low prices. The staff is very inexperienced and unorganized but maintains a good attitude under pressure. Due to overcrowding of customers, the eye exams are very rushed and not thourough. The optometrist is not willing to take time to answer questions. You're treated more like a number than a valued cutomer. After getting a second opinion from another eye care, I realized that I did need glasses. I would not recommend this business for top quality care.

Seeing Clearly Now I was very impressed with the eye exam I got and how helpful the staff was in helping me pick out my frames for my lenses. Yep, once you turn 40 + the eyes don't work as well as they used too.. was treated very well by everyone there. They have a large selection of frames to choose from plus offer various additionas such as scratch guard for your lens. They were fast in getting my glasses , I had an exam at 10:00 and picked up my glasses (fitted to comfort as well) by 1:00 .
