RecommendedHave always had a good experience and loved the glasses I've gotten at Eyeglass World in Savannah. The exam was thorough and the people who have helped me once I picked out frames were courteous, and listened to what options I wanted and didn't want. Never tried to pressure me into options I didn't want. Picked up two new pairs today & couldn't be happier. The prescription is spot on (progressives) and the fit & feel is great.

I love!! Eyeglass world since the first moment I came in they helped me pick out my glasses they were so patient with me ; and my glasses came in just on time and they were perfect !! Great place and great service !!

We will not be repeat customers! The experience felt shady and our "salesperson" felt like an untrustworthy used car salesman with an attitude. I guess it's true: if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
I've gone here a few times over the past few years and I have nothing but good customer service and the doctors are great. They accept lots of difference insurances and have lots to choose from. My only complaint is their appointments. I don't understand why they offer appointment windows if they don't even see you when you arrived for your appointment time. I had an appointment yesterday for 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:15 and checked in but I was not seen until almost 6:00pm and this isn't the first time this has happened. Inste... read more
Appointment was at 11. It's nearly 12:30 & the doctor has yet to see us. This is ridiculous. What's the point of taking appointments if you're going to put walk in's ahead of your scheduled patients. Definitely not coming back here. Switching to America's Best asap.
