No customer service at all. I will never buy another pair of thier cheaply made glasses again. They could care less about their customers.
WILL NOT BE BACK HERE AT ALL Set appointments for my entire family, we arrived earlier to fill out paperwork, we were seated and waited, and waited, three other employees walked by without acknowledgment from anyone, when we were finally talked to by the lady with the attitude behind the desk we were told that the insurance would need to be verified first, we asked why we were not told that before hand and we could have given them that information.
