I love Eyeglass World... I see all these negative reviews...You know going in what the deals are..I have been going there for years. Never have I ever been treated badly. In fact, this time, Liz helped me, she was amazing.Very polite, complimentary, and explained how everything worked. I am not happy with this place. I went to have my daughter's frames fixed since I bought the protection plan, only to find out that I couldn't use it. The girl that sold the plan has since been fired for doing this as she wasn't suppose to offer this plan. Yes they have refunded me my $25 back but that is not what I wanted. The girl said I could go to some outfit and have them welded! Ha!
They get you in the door by advertising two pair for the price of one $78 but when I come they say insurance will only pay for one set. But either lenses or the frame. Not both. Sounded like she was talking me out of buying here. If I delta with this obnoxious millennial another 5 minute my head would explode. She needs customer service 101.
