This is one of the Best places to buy eye glasses. Mrs. Lisa and Rick made our experience so much fun. The staff is very knowledgeable and really care about your eye health. They have a great selection of frames and we are very satisfied with our glasses. They are taking saftey measures as well to keep every one safe. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place😁.
Unprofessional, General Manger even followed me out to parking lot to continue to harass me over not being able to wear a mask due to a medical condition (which I carry paperwork from my specialist stating I can't wear mask/face covering to show proof). They refused to offer any type of help to get what I needed. Called the Corporate Office to file a complaint

my experience here at Eyeglass World what's the bomb I came across Jess with AGM and Rick Floyd they are the sweetest people that you will come across dr. this was by far my best experience I've had. The Dr did not rush through the exam and explained everything, since I was getting bifocals for the first time. Beth helped us with getting our glasses turned in and even remembered me, BY NAME, when I came in a week later for our glasses. I work in retail, and even though both times we went on they were slamming busy. the service was excellent.
Better customer service would be a plus. After insurance was filled I ended up oweing more then they thought. Instead of sending a bill I get a deliquence notice and have 15 days or going to collections. They said the doctor sees `s of people so he doesn't have time to send out bills.
