Well went today but no one there to give a eye exam due to no doctors there I guess on,a vacation maybe was told call next week to schedule a appt. I guess next time I will. Schedule one. That they took walk in last few trips I just walk in,, oh well thanks anyway
This was my 1st time here. Scheduling an appointment was easy and the lady I spoke to was very helpful to accomodate my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted with a smile and directed on where to go. I did have to wait to be seen, but it wasn't too long. The eye doctor was kind and took my concerns into consideration and made me feel a part of what was going on and not a dumb patient. Only took an hour to get my new glasses and they are wonderful!
Stopped in and made an appointment for a few days later. Was told I could pick out my frames and they could hold them for me till my appointment. Came back in for a 230 appointment a few days later and went thru my exam. The doctor was great. But finally made it to the desk to order my glasses and they did not have my frames. Was told they must have been put back. Checked the wall there was nothing like what I had picked out....everything was picked over. They didn't have my contacts in stock either. I must say if anyone needs a pair of glasses, definitely go see Kellye at eyeglass world on coliseum. Kellye is very professional, efficient and honest. No matter how busy they're she make sure to greet everyone with a smile. She also makes sure to help you with whatever you may need the best she can. She has helped myself everytime I've went. Im pleased with my glasses that I've purchased. �
We have used eyeglass world as our family eye doctor for years. Never again will they get our business. We scheduled 4 appointments weeks ago. They waited until the day of the appointment to tell us because they have an issue with our eye insurance company we would need to pay up front. Even though they have in hand our insurance certification. So we are being punished for an issue between the insurance company and eye glass world. We promptly canceled our appointments and will find a new vision center to provide us services... read more

What an awesome experience today! So thankful for everyone that helped me get 2 pairs of glasses with a new prescription...all in under 2 hours! Awesome, friendly and efficient staffing! I will definitely be back!
