Do not go here if you have VSP!!! They say they take it but don't tell you that they are a NON-NETWORK PROVIDER. I paid almost $500 for a pair of prescription sunglasses and a regular pair of glasses and VSP only reimbursed $112. Had I known ahead of time, I would have went elsewhere that was in network, and only had to pay $25 for the regular glasses, instead of $200. I am not a happy customer, and I have been to them before, twice in one year when my dog ate my glasses.

Been getting glasses for years. Went for contacts. Everyone was helpful.
cust svc is bad...they overcharge... my insurance paid them, but they will not refund my $$$... eob says 0 patient responsibility.... I have tried 4 different 800 numbers... Can NEVER reach a LIVE Person.... the local store pushes you back to that 800 number.... very frustrating... i just want my refund
I just had my eyes checked at Eyeglass World and Christina helped me find new frames...she was awesome, patient and honest!! I found two great pairs!! Thank you Christina!!
