I had never been to eyeglass world and thought I would try them over our normal Lincoln vision center. Big mistake. The glasses I bought were expensive and normally I don’t add the extras but this time I did. The scratch and glare resistant. These are so scratched and the glare is terrible. I take care of them and don’t know why they look like this.
RecommendedI am an out of state customer who called the NE store because my local store wasn't answering the phone. I needed a copy of my daughter's prescription and even though this store and my local store aren't using the same doctor's system, Clinton was able to help me by making phone calls to other stores and getting me a copy sent to a store nearby so I could pick it up same day. I'm grateful for his help, even though he didn't have to. Thanks for some great customer service!
I was in TN and needed to get a replacement pair of glasses to my son in NE. To say Clinton went above and beyond his job expectation is an understatement. My mother and I visited here this last Wednesday. We not only got exactly the appointments we wanted, we were seen early. Quentin and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. We saved ALOT of money and got more than we wanted. I highly recommend them! Had a bad experience... but they went above and beyond to, make me a happy customer! They were Great!
This place is a joke... All they do is bad mouth customers and talk about their staff. Management doesn't know what they are doing and it is so gross in there. The ceilings leak really bad and it smells like mold. They don't care if patients are around it all they want to do is make their money .
