Although I was there for 2 hours, I had exceptional service and everyone was very friendly :)
This experience was pitiful! I have been wearing contacts since 1982..yes I have experience. Dr. Amanda Long was FANTASTIC. Libby, just don't know what to say. Needs more training. Courtney fixed the insurance issue and then in the end...$40 for contact fitting that was never mention prior!! I put them in myself!! You have now lost 8 customers due to "hidden fees"! Not good business. My insurance paid in full for the exam and contacts and then Libby says I owe money...nope, never again and will spread the word! And to top th... read more
Customer service in this store is the WORST I have ever experienced! What kind of store would allow myself and my 5yr old daughter (who actually needed the exam) to sit for almost 2hrs, did the pretest, and then tell us she can't be seen because the other 2 appts who didn't show up on time are there now? !
The staff here is the best! Not to mention the store is always clean.
