The woman who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. When I came back in to pick up my glasses, she greeted me by name, and was extremely helpful in helping me to get them to fit properly. Could not recommend it more
Place is a rip off. Poor customer service, overpriced, cheap-made product, and did I mention, horrible customer service. Shop online.
Extremely unfriendly service. Treated like we were an inconvenience. No smiling, cold, indifferent. Left feeling almost guilty... :/
