had the nastiest women help me with ordering my contacts. she insinuated I was a bad parent because my 2 year old has yet to learn volume control. excuse me for being a parent and needing contacts to see.
Terrible. I ordered new nose pads for my safety glasses over 3 months ago. No one ever returns my calls. I’ve been into the store 4 times and paid in advance for them but yet still no pads. Terrible customer service. Michelle the manager does not take responsibility. Do not go here.
RecommendedI had a great experience here! I made a mistake and thought that my husband's work reimbursed him for vision services and lenses (which they did for the last few years), so I charged everything to our credit card...well come to find out we have a new insurance (Eyemed) and I was so afraid they wouldn't give me a refund and let me start over...well both the optometrist's office and Eyeglass center gave me a refund and allowed me to run it through my insurance. RecommendedGREAT EXPERIENCE! Rodney spent 45 minutes with me helping me with my frames, explaining prescription, getting glass frames ready for lens placement. i bought inexpensive protection plan for one year on glasses, covers placement of glasses basically! love this store 5 stars!
Not a big fan of eyeglass world. I was charged for $30 for warranty and when I went to pick them up I got a plastice case and not cleaner. Sandia Vision gives you a 2 year warranty and a nice case and a cleaning kit at no charge. People were friendly but very long wait time..gave them a try but was not impressed
We came in just for an adjustment. Cyndi has us in and out in less than 5 minutes. She was professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service.
I should have read the reviews before coming, was in the store for about 20 minutes no one approached us or asked if we needed help. Not coming back.
