Awesome service and quick one day glasses. Tons of frames! �
I had my eyes checked for glasses and contacts and got the wrong prescription. Went back to get the tests redone and they want to charge me another $50. The doctor wouldn't even come out to talk to me. Horrible place and horrible people.
Replaced my sons two pair of glasses under warranty as promised. Great service!
Customer service IS THE WORST!!!!!!!! Shop ANYWHERE else but here.
Staff is rude. They did have the exact frames my daughter wanted so we purchased there but the staff clearly are a bunch of unhappy people who don't care at all about being pleasant. If you want a rude, rushed, apathetic experience go here.
This has been the worst glasses experience of my life. I fell for the two pairs for $78 deal. After upgrades and the supposedly best warranty I could buy, I spent $700. Last week I went in to get my 13 month old glasses fixed. The stem broke and I had a scratch on the lense. Both repairs just missed my upgraded warranty time limit.
