Very efficient and personable. She made my 11 year old feel at ease and comfortable with needing glasses for the first time. The office manager was fantastic.
My recent eye exam with Dr. Barnett was "eye opening". The exam was wide ranging and thorough. I never knew that my eyes held information about the overall health of my body. I'd like to say thank you for being such a gifted doctor.
Dr. Barnett was very thorough and professional with both of my children's eye needs. She understood the demands and special considerations for proscribing contacts lenses for kids sports requirements and her follow-up and recall of details from appointment to appointment was amazing. I would highly recommend this doctor for any eye care needs. We certainly did not feel that we were at one of those "too busy to pay close attention big box eye clinics." Their prices on contacts were also great!
Dr. Barnett was 20-30 mins. late each time for my appt. She couldn't figure out my prescription the 1st visit blaming me, saying "you need to relax more" (I've had my eyes examined many times over the years & I wasn't stressed about it). After another appt. she figured out my prescription but when I got glasses made I couldn't see distance with them. I had to go back again and she re-did the prescription AND charged me for it! I don't recommend this doctor!
They really took the time to help resolve the billing issue I had. I was too hasty in accusing the doctor's office and I apologize.
I wouldn't recommend to my friends or family member because it hard to call and make an appointment and reception was not clearly speak English. I have to hang up to many times.
I would gladly recommend Dr. Barnett as an eye doctor. She is friendly,thorough and cares about your health as well as your eyes! I haven't been to her in 2 years yet she always remembers things we've talked about in the past.
