Everyone I spoke to there was very friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer my questions and add anything they thought I should know.
Level of care is zero stars. No one answers the phone! I left two message for my eye doctor - it has been a week and still no return call. Thinking about asking VISA for a refund.
The old white lady (with a pair of glasses) sucks. I was shopping for a frame. And since I stepped in, she was talking with me with a disrespectful tone. I asked the other lady can they order a frame if it’s not available. The old lady jumped in and saying with a rude tone, it depends. When I was consulting with the other lady, she interrupted again and again saying how the insurance is working out, asking as if I don’t have a insurance, I told her I have insurance and I understand how that is working out. Dr. Thanh and Dr. Janice were extremely helpful and professional, providing excellent service and knowledge about my well-being. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience exceptional service with the entire Sabre Springs Optometry team. Kim at the front desk office is the most helpful person from this team and I am so glad she is there. Thank you Kim.
The place is good and efficient, my glasses were there on time. Many thanks to Michelle as she was helpful, nice, and friendly.
