Level of care is zero stars. No one answers the phone! I left two message for my eye doctor - it has been a week and still no return call. Thinking about asking VISA for a refund.
The old white lady (with a pair of glasses) sucks. I was shopping for a frame. And since I stepped in, she was talking with me with a disrespectful tone. I asked the other lady can they order a frame if it’s not available. The old lady jumped in and saying with a rude tone, it depends. Dr. Thanh and Dr. Janice were extremely helpful and professional, providing excellent service and knowledge about my well-being. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience exceptional service with the entire Sabre Springs Optometry team. 1st time here this morning. Right off the bat I was greated with a very friendly and welcoming hello and good morning...that came from the Optometrist who was sitting behind the front desk. I have Medicaid/MediCal (which can be a REAL challenge at times) but that didn't matter to Dr. Nguyen or the staff. They were all genuinely VERY helpful. They explained in detail the benefits of my insurance, what was in store regarding the eye exam, and pointed out all the options that the insurance doesn't tell you. I worked in healthca... read more
