The front desk people were very, very nice, and the doctor good as well. However, they made me pay for everything - exam, contacts, etc. - up front since they said they would "have to bill my insurance." Called them up a month later and they still hadn't billed the insurance. 2 months later - hadn't "heard from the insurance". 6 months later they gave me most of the money back, but still had to "check with the insurance" to get the discount back on the contacts.
