The front desk people were very, very nice, and the doctor good as well. However, they made me pay for everything - exam, contacts, etc. - up front since they said they would "have to bill my insurance." Called them up a month later and they still hadn't billed the insurance. 2 months later - hadn't "heard from the insurance". 6 months later they gave me most of the money back, but still had to "check with the insurance" to get the discount back on the contacts. They are always nice.... the wait isnt long at all my appt was at 2:40pm i arrived at 2:25pm and they took me right then.
