The staff is very friendly in the office, from the front desk to the assistants. I’ve been seeing Dr. Manton for many years and she is very friendly and knowledgeable. I did not need a new prescription this year, so my only interaction this year with the optician staff was to tighten the screws on my frames and clean my glasses. So, I was very satisfied with this year’s visit and was even able to have my one year follow up exam scheduled.
I go to the Eye Care Center in Cary at the Noble Plaza. I have seen on Dr. David Weitz for many years now. He is always very thorough, professional and he and his staff communicate about every step in the process. The entire staff has always been wonderful to work with including when I have had issues and wanted an appointment soon. I highly recommend them!
Despite their website saying that they take a plethora of insurances, and listing them by name, the Cary EyeCare Center declines to take mine. I put in my info when I made the appointment, and they did not contact me to tell me this until the day of my appointment. When I called to ask why, Bria was rude and hostile from the get-go.
