Booked in my preschooler for a check up. The optometrist was very patient, and kind and there was no pressure at all. We felt really welcome and not rushed at all. Will absolutely come back
Had my first eye exam today. Arrived just on time and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The optometrist, Ken was very professional with very fast consultation amd comprehensive information. In and out in 25 minutes. Needless to say I now have an additional 2 eyes!!!
Staff seem to be part time workers and not able to do much
My mum is visiting from a small country town and developed some concerns after recent eye surgery. At short notice she was seen and reassured that her eye was ok Thank you so much
Overall great service and very kind staff. Explained my circumstance well. Highly recommend and would definitely revisit in the future.
