2 stars because the doctor I saw was awesome . $45 dollar walk in fee I had to pay ???? I asked if I went online and booked an appointment would that walk in fee be waived? And was told no. Terrible selection of men’s glasses . Over 300 dollars after insurance for a crappy pair of glasses that I really shouldn’t have bought . That’s on me.

I was going to the Murfreesboro office. Had a very bad experience. I needed special contacts and they are very expensive. On my first visit I was told that they were going to see if my insurance would pay for the fitting fee deeming it medically necessary otherwise it would cost $350.00 . On my next visit which was when I was to be fitted I plainly asked if my insurance paid, I was told you are good to go Ms. Deborah. I made it plain I would not get it done if I had to pay. Dr. Alex Kaminski is the best! He takes time to listen to you and discuss all treatment options. Lilly the technician was awesome!
Not recommended. The front desk staff was not friendly at all. I tried calling to book an appointment, but no one answered. The online booking didn’t work, so I went in person, only to be told I had to pay an extra $49 despite explaining that I had called earlier. They refused to help, and when I asked for a manager, none was available. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning.
