Phenomenal group of people! All the doctors are wonderful! Front desk ladies got it going on!
They got my prescription wrong and refused to give me my contact prescription after I paid. I explained they had the prescription wrong and changed the 97 to a 90. They wanted to charge me way more for contacts so I got them online. When I got the glasses, sunglasses, and contacts I could not see my phone which I use it for work. Waited for weeks then they tried to deny it and I said don't gaslight me and began to become upset. So then I had to return my online stuff and use my scratched glasses to see. Did an amazing job fixing my problems I was having with my eyes 10!!!
This place is great! I needed glasses for my daughter ASAP because the place we originally went to was taking forever/delaying/having issues and my daughter's eyes were hurting. Tamar got us in and out (despite me being disorganized and flustered) and those glasses were made over the weekend! Amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
