This place is great! I needed glasses for my daughter ASAP because the place we originally went to was taking forever/delaying/having issues and my daughter's eyes were hurting. Tamar got us in and out (despite me being disorganized and flustered) and those glasses were made over the weekend! Amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I was sick and had to cancel my appointment was still charged $100 no show when I called and canceled because I was puking..do not recommend..I guess they want you to still come even if you are puking
2 stars because the doctor I saw was awesome . $45 dollar walk in fee I had to pay ???? I asked if I went online and booked an appointment would that walk in fee be waived? And was told no. Terrible selection of men’s glasses . Over 300 dollars after insurance for a crappy pair of glasses that I really shouldn’t have bought . That’s on me.

I was going to the Murfreesboro office. Had a very bad experience. I needed special contacts and they are very expensive. On my first visit I was told that they were going to see if my insurance would pay for the fitting fee deeming it medically necessary otherwise it would cost $350.00 . On my next visit which was when I was to be fitted I plainly asked if my insurance paid, I was told you are good to go Ms. Deborah. I made it plain I would not get it done if I had to pay.
